Introductory Call with

An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.

You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

In our intro session, we’ll talk about your career goals and the leadership challenges you’re eager to tackle. You’ll get quick, actionable feedback and a feel for my coaching style—how I help engineers grow into confident, trusted leaders. It’s a short, focused chat to see if we’re a great fit for your next stage of growth.

I usually hold sessions Monday–Friday between 9 am and 5 pm Mountain Time, but I’m flexible if you need another time. Looking forward to connecting!
