Introductory Call with

An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.

You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

In this introductory call ,I focus on getting to know you—your current experience level, what you’re working towards, and where you might be feeling stuck. I’ll ask a few targeted questions to understand your goals, timeline, and what kind of support you’re looking for.

I’ll also share how I usually work with mentees—whether it’s around resume feedback, interview prep, or structured guidance—so you get a clear idea of what working together would look like.

The goal isn’t to dive into full coaching right away, but to make sure it's actually required for you. By the end of the call, you should have clarity on how I can help, and we can decide on the next steps if it makes sense to move forwar
