Feedback is both gentle and incredibly useful--he does an excellent job at mixing positive reinforcement with honest and direct notes on things you may be missing. I was surprised to find that some of the most valuable lessons I've taken away thus far have been from the soft skills / human-centered conversations we've had. In particular, Chris primed me to cultivate more compassion for the clients I'm serving and truly empathize with them in a way that beyond selling -- e.g. referring a client to someone who may be better suited to fit their needs if it seemed like that was actually in their best interest, like if it was an issue of budget or fit.
