In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

I have a real passion to help others and I have been so fortunate enough to have amazing Mentors who have been a shining star to guide me through hard times, I now want to give back and support others and make them excel in their chosen career.

Nurudeen is a great mentor for Scrum Master. I have learned a great deal from him and have challenge my self to grow in so many areas. He is knowledgeable and skilled in Scrum and Leadership. I came into mentorship knowing nothing about Scrum. I was in the process of studying for the PSM-1. I had the book knowledge but not the day to day and ins and out of being a Scrum Master. He helped to bridge the gaps.

Nurudeen has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was a great mentor. He prepped me for interviewing for scrum master roles and as a result landed an excellent high paying job! I continued mentorship with Nurudeen to help me with my first few weeks as a new scrum master that was extremely beneficial! I was definitely feeling more confident and helped me overcome imposter syndrome!
