About me:
This is Antonio Gonzalez, a former VP of Product at a Spanish scale up and independent product coach and consultant. With a strong background in product development and extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager, I have a proven track record of leading successful projects, from ideation to market launch. I have contributed to cutting-edge innovations in various industries, including media and entertainment, as well as working on complex events and conferences.

I've guided teams in adopting Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. I am also a professor at several business schools where I have shared my expertise in Agile Product Management, Lean, and Digital Business models with master students, empowering them with valuable insights for their future careers.

Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams, collaborated with stakeholders, and refined product strategies to align with market demands and deliver value to customers. My experiences range from driving PLG strategies to overseeing the development of mobile apps and implementing voice biometrics and cognitive technologies.
