Andrea is a fantastic mentor - she has a wealth of experience to offer on seemingly every UXR topic across the board (ask her about AI!) and makes every session very tactical and actionable for the challenge you come to her with. I’m a senior UXR who was looking to make a change and wanted guidance as I considered multiple paths for growth inside and outside of my company. I had no experience getting feedback from a UX Mentor before reaching out to Andrea before my final-stage portfolio presentation. Andrea responded within 24 hours with a clear breakdown of her services and access to her calendar. We scheduled an intake call to discuss my goals, timeline, and current work before scheduling my portfolio review. I really appreciate that Andrea took the time to comment asynchronous feedback on my portfolio presentation ahead of our walkthrough since it gave me plenty of time to get my deck and narrative as polished as possible before our next meeting. This made for SUCH a productive and efficient portfolio walkthrough. I was able to present one case study and have a full half hour for feedback.
