He is able to empathise with our situation and define with us the next goal we want to achieve and the corresponding milestones. He also provides us with tools to help us achieve our plans. Uwe is very experienced and we benefit from this not only in the planning and evaluation of our project. Together we discuss our skills and resources and the challenges we can expect. Uwe takes the time to prepare our meetings, sends us materials, recommendations etc. and answers our questions very promptly. Uwe is a very capable mentor.
