Job search strategy with Dan

I've been working with Dan for a few months now, with the goal of improving my imposter syndrome in my job as a developer, after a long while of feeling very overwhelmed/ not good enough. Since working together, my dev skills have increased much faster than i thought would be possible and in turn my confidence and enjoyment at work has already sharply risen. Dan has a very clear and structured plan of action to help level up the relevant skills i need improvement upon from a technical view, but also has great unique insight into the soft skills/ work politics side of things, and perhaps most importantly, genuinely is passionate about the progression of his mentees. I look forward to being able to now have goals of going to the next step in my career as we continue to work together

Dan is great - knows what he's talking about and has a no BS approach. He helped me up my coding game immensely - I feel my frontend skills are a in different league compared to before. Additionally - with his background in tech recruitment he provided awesome insight in how my CV and profile should look like - hardly a week goes by now without a recruiter hitting me up. Totally recommend 5/5.
