Job search strategy with Davide

Davide is a great mentor , he has inspired to become the best software engineer I can be . I am so happy that he was my first mentor in my software career .

Sessions with Davide are packed with valuable content, and he is incredibly time-efficient. He clearly has extensive experience working with engineers of all levels and understands their unique needs. Since transitioning to engineering after the bootcamp, I have a lot of knowledge gaps, but Davide quickly adapted the sessions to my level without ever making me feel inadequate. He is a truly understanding and empowering mentor, and I’ve gained a lot of confidence and skills under his guidance.

This is my first month with Davide and i already enjoy working with him. He helped me with setting up a clear plan for the upcoming month and from there one we are working towards my goals. What i also really like from Davide is that he also take initiative to remind me of the tasks i have to do. Sometimes i forget them and he reminds me of it.

It's been less than a month since I began my mentorship journey with Davide for growing in my career, and my initial impressions are overwhelmingly positive. He demonstrates professionalism, a goal-oriented focus, a supportive nature, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, his mentorship emphasizes personal growth, a lifelong skill that leads to success in any area. Highly recommended 🙌🏽
