This MentorCruise session is designed to support professionals who want to grow into stronger leaders, whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or looking to become more effective in an existing role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to navigate real leadership challenges and develop a clearer sense of your style, strengths, and growth areas. Together, you can work through topics like communication, delegation, feedback, team dynamics, decision-making, and executive presence. The goal is to help you lead with more confidence, self-awareness, and effectiveness in the situations that matter most.

I've grown from writing code to leading developer programs at global companies like Asana, keynoting 60+ conferences across three continents, advising AI startups through Google for Startups, and building a production company from the ground up. None of that happened by accident — it happened by being intentional about how I positioned myself, what I said yes to, and what I let go of. In this session, we'll work on the leadership challenges you're actually facing: stepping into a bigger role, building executive presence, leading cross-functional teams, making the jump from individual contributor to strategic leader, or figuring out how to grow when there's no clear path ahead of you. I bring real experience, not frameworks from a book. Sessions run on weekdays, typically mornings or early afternoons.
