Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led multicultural engineering teams and cross-functional transformation initiatives across aerospace, manufacturing, automation, and MedTech organizations.

I currently serve as Engineering Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland, where I lead strategic engineering and automation programs across the EMEA region. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with technical experts, aspiring leaders, and engineering managers navigating growth, organizational complexity, stakeholder management, and career transitions.
