I work with experienced professionals, managers, and leaders who want to become more effective as their scope, responsibility, and complexity increase.
I spent six years at Google and two at Amazon, including leading a 100-person organisation, and have also worked as a CPO, consultant, and advisor to startups and large companies. I now coach leaders on decision-making, delegation, influence, team effectiveness, difficult conversations, and how to lead in a way that works for them.
This session is best suited to people already in leadership roles, or moving into one, who want to work through a specific challenge or identify where their next stage of growth needs to come from.
