A half day session (3 hours) in which we go through an assessment of where you are, what your goals are - and if and how they are achievable.

The goal of this is to give you an in-depth understanding of what coaching and mentoring is - if it can help you - and to show you areas and options for change - without any commitment.

This session is for people who are new to coaching and mentoring - are not sure how it can help, and don’t want to sign up for something that they are not sure about. This is a single - but longer than normal - session that at the end of which you will be able to walk away from or look further into working with me.

Sessions are held on Zoom.

I use my knowledge of the strategies and tactics of global players and the nimbleness and passion of smaller businesses to create a winning plan for growth. We identify the issues in the business that are causing lack of growth, where improvements in communication can be made, and review leadership styles and management.

Finally, if required, we look at the project management. We look at the “flow” or process management - defining how things move through the project management process from start to finish.
