One-off Career Advice (60 minutes) with Ritendra

Ritendra is one of those rare leaders who care personally and can convey his truthful feedback in a way that does not offend the mentee but invites conversation and curiosity. During my time working with Ritendra, he was able to quickly diagnose my situation, and help co-create a path forward, and he is actively supporting me on my journey, always challenging and pushing me further. Every single meeting with Ritendra I learn something new. And BTW, Ritendra is also very vulnerable and humble and has many talents, including music, cinema and theater. What a joy to work with him!
