One Time Consultation with

These consultation sessions are ideal for working through a specific problem and scenario. The goal here would be to work together to better understand the problem and work through the issue within the session.

For these sessions I would strongly recommend a bit of pre-work to define the problem, goals, etc so we can efficiently use our time together.

If the type of challenge you are trying to address is something that requires an ongoing discussion and will span multiple session and/or months I would suggest a recurring plan (standard or lite).

Hi there, my name is Soroush Salehian, though I go by Rush. I am a leader, a coach, a mentor and a people person.

About me:
I have spent nearly 20 years as an engineer working on distributed, world class software that has been used by millions of users around the world working for very large high scale companies such as Microsoft, DocuSign, Meta, Splunk and Salesforce. I have spent over 10 of those years leading, supporting and growing extremely high performing teams.

I have always adopted a people first leadership mindset. Looking back, the most successful part of my job has always been mentoring, coaching and empowering engineers to grow in their careers. Being part of that growth has given me the most joy. Throughout, I have had the opportunity of working with some very smart and dedicated people and have helped shape them into inspiring leaders.

Throughout my career I have been privileged to have had some great managers, mentors and coaches that have guided me to become the leader I am today, and now, I want to be part of your journey and offer you my experience and partnership to help you reach your ultimate career goals.
