I was pivoting into UX from a cross-sectional discipline without any real experience, and instead of automatically labeling me as a beginner, she met me where I was at and helped me utilize and showcase my past experiences without having to start from scratch. With great prompts and exercises, Emma is also action-oriented, which helped me tremendously when staying on track with my to-do's, and her practical tips and advice have already helped me grow in so many ways. She's also a friendly, easygoing, and interesting person to get to know! Really grateful for our time together and looking forward to continuing our mentorship as my career grows!
