About this Session

This session involves you and your mentor working collaboratively to develop coding skills, troubleshoot coding issues, or complete coding projects. In this session, a career coach with expertise in coding and software development will pair with you to work on a coding exercise or project.

Throughout the session, you and your mentor will work together to write, review, and test code, providing feedback. The mentor may observe the session, offering feedback and guidance as needed to help you overcome coding challenges and improve your skills. The mentor will, however, not write code on your behalf.

Hi, I am Lakshya.

I am a software engineer with almost a decade of backend development experience. Currently, I am working in AI@Meta where I have been building expertise in ML and AI infrastructure, specifically delving into the fascinating world of GenAI while focusing on improving research to prod velocity. Previously, I have worked at AWS and Goldman Sachs.

I have been part of hiring loops at various levels including go/no-go decisions and also an active interviewer on multiple platforms e.g pramp, interviewing.io. I can provide specific guidance on approaching problems in interviews, time management, tips and tricks to navigate ambiguity.
