When I first contacted Gus, it was because I realised my visibility within a remote, tech SaaS company was far too low. Working with him for -- almost a year now -- has been invaluable. It helped to have a sounding board to talk about the rollercoaster ride of being a PM, deciding between some difficult roles/projects that were offered to me, and have someone who was able to offer a second perspective when I was stuck in a single narrative.
