As a developer that worked on 4 years on niche machine learning project, I've learned during my mentornship about new technologies that I need to proceed with my career. Radoslaw helped me too with my personal project, which is quite difficult and complex one. He gave me many good points, brought to my attention some great tools that would help me out and was with me through the process of data collecting, analysis, feature mining and development of the solution. As a person, Radoslaw is pretty chill person, I didn't feel pressure and there were no problems if I was occasionally late or if we had to reschedule some meetings. It made my project feel less like a chore and more as an opportunity to grow that I wanted to do. As for communication, it was good. Radoslaw generally responsive and when he was going offline for some time (like a conference) he would let me know beforehand. I recommend! 4.8/5!
