I have a science background in applied AI from a PhD at Johns Hopkins University, and postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University. I have an engineering background rooted in Python, periodically utilizing C++ to make things run fast. I am a core developer in many open source libraries, most notably scikit-learn, which has 61k+ stars on GitHub and powers most of the machine learning within industry.
