I'll show you the in's and out's of how salary negotiations go, how to ask for more money, and how to negotiate things you didn't even know were chips on the table, like sign-on bonuses, and equity.

We'll start by level setting with what interviews you have in flight, strategize on how to approach negotiation, and you'll be handed scripts that I've personally used to grow my own salary from when I started as a graphic designer at $45k, and now over $250k+.

We have one kick-off session that breaks down strategy. You get a set of scripts to use and leverage, and ongoing support for up to 6 months or until you're able to get a job offer.
