A good study plan does more than organize your time. It helps you focus on the right things, build momentum, and make steady progress without burning out. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you create a realistic, personalized learning plan based on your goals, current level, and timeline. Whether you are preparing for interviews, learning a new skill, changing careers, or trying to stay consistent, this session helps turn ambition into a clearer path forward.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to map out what to learn, in what order, and how to approach it in a way that fits your life and learning style. Together, you can identify priorities, choose resources, structure your time, and avoid common mistakes like overloading yourself or studying without direction. The goal is to leave with a plan that feels practical, motivating, and easier to stick to.

I do this for my mentees who are currently on the longer-term plans as well, as this is a common request. For instance, you might wonder, "What does it take to pass the OSCP?"

What I do for study plans is two-fold: one, I put together an approach you could take to achieve your desired outcomes (e.g. a certification, or a job), and two, on other check-ins, monitor progress on the study plans, which is available with a regular plan.
