Our release cadence was all over the place. Sometimes we would not release anything for weeks, and it was making it very difficult to estimate the impact of our initiatives. It only took one week being coached by Denis to start seeing results. Since the very beginning, we started releasing every single week, sometimes more than once. Additionally, I was able to carve out more time to work on strategic activities, while empowering my team to make technical decisions on their own.
