Technical interview - tips and hacks with Aneta

Aneta has been a great mentor since the very first day! I was looking for some advice on how to improve my soft skills (communication, structuring my ideas during an interview, or confidence and composture amongst other things). Aneta offered me a free session for going through the main issue(s) and if I was happy, we could start the mentorship. The way she talked and how authentic and genuine she looked made me wanted to start the mentorship right away with no doubt, and I have to say that is one of the best decisions I've ever made. One of the things that stands out about Aneta is how approachable and empathetic she is. She creates a safe and welcoming environment where I feel comfortable discussing my challenges without any hesitation. Her approachable nature means I never feel judged, and I always feel supported. She listens attentively and provides feedback that is both constructive and encouraging. I feel that I improved not only in my career development, but also in my daily life interactions. I can see that I am more confident talking not only in the professional environment but also whenever I have to talk to someone outside work.
