→ I’ll walk through your materials like a hiring manager.
→ We’ll optimize language, titles, and structure to match your goals.
→ I’ll share my templates + tactics to stand out when applying.

👉 Session 3: Influence, Visibility, and Promotion Plan
→ We’ll map your next 90 days to raise internal visibility or prep for a move.
→ You’ll get scripts for stakeholder convos and ways to showcase leadership.
→ Optional: We can prep for an interview or negotiate an offer if you’re close.

Shaped effective B2B and B2C e-commerce experiences for famous brands such as Starbucks, Intel, Tabasco; revamped the professional medical digital library for WebMD; modernized extranet experience for engineers at Otis, to name a few.

Built and led multidisciplinary design teams.

Along the way, I’ve also coached over 2,000 UXers. Through bootcamps. UX programs. Group and 1:1 sessions. Helping them find their unique voice in our ever-evolving field.
