In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.
This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!
I have been working in software engineering industry for 10 years and as a staff engineer, senior member and tech and team lead on my teams for more than 7 years. I have successfully led my teams to work on many impactful projects and guided more than 10 mentees to move to their next level. I have also been a hiring manager for a while and successfully promoted multiple people to next level.
