In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.
This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!
Need a second set of eyes on something you're working on? This session is designed for reviewing a specific piece of work—whether it's a presentation, project plan, technical proposal, team structure, or anything else you’d like input on.
With 20+ years of experience leading engineering teams and programs across complex domains, I can offer structured, honest, and actionable feedback to help you move forward confidently.
To make the session effective, please upload or send your material at least 24 hours in advance. I usually hold sessions in the evenings or on Fridays, but can be flexible when needed.
