In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.

This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!

Hi! I’m a Principal Applied Scientist with 9.5+ years of experience at Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, and Oracle, where I’ve contributed to and led large-scale ML/AI systems while managing a team of 18 engineers and scientists. I’ve been an active hiring manager and reviewer, which means I regularly provide structured feedback on code, design documents, research writeups, and project portfolios during both hiring evaluations and internal peer reviews.

*In this 45-minute session, I’ll review your work (code, portfolio site, technical design doc, UX flow, or other deliverable) and provide clear, actionable inputs to strengthen it. My role is not to rewrite or code hands-on, but rather to give feedback on clarity, structure, presentation, and task readiness.

I usually conduct these sessions during weekday evenings (US ET) or weekends, but I try to stay flexible for mentees in other time zones.
