Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

With over 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, product development, and engineering leadership, I’ve reviewed everything from production-grade codebases to UX flows, portfolio sites, and technical designs. As a former CTO, I’ve led teams that built global payment platforms with Citibank and HSBC, as well as cutting-edge AI/LLM systems recognized by the World Bank and Harvard.

I’m well-suited to this session because I focus on actionable feedback—not just pointing out what’s wrong, but showing you how to make your work stronger and more professional. Whether it’s code structure, platform design choices, or the presentation of your portfolio, I’ll help you see what recruiters, users, or technical reviewers will notice first.

I usually conduct these sessions during weekday afternoons and evenings (US time), but I can be flexible depending on your schedule.
