Your mentor

I've recently been through a full product job search from the inside: interview loops at 8 companies including HubSpot, Deel, and GitHub, ending in an offer and a senior PM role at GitHub. Along the way I saw exactly what a resume has to do once a hiring manager actually reads it, and what makes them keep reading.

Before that I spent about 12 years in product: a founding PM, a founder who built and sold Prodsight to Playvox in 2022, then a product director at Playvox, and across those roles I've hired across marketing, engineering, design, and sales, so I've read plenty of resumes from the side that decides who gets a call. I mentor product managers on ADPList, and I've coached PMs one-to-one inside GitHub and on my own team. I'll tell you plainly what's working, what's holding you back, and how to fix it.
