This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!

As someone experienced with both industry and academia, I can offer this session to go though some of the work you have been doing, give feedback on it, help unblock you to make progress, and provide insights on next steps.

I started working with Mohannad to get some help with my thesis. It was a wonderful experience. His expertise in his area was fantastic. I had several issues to discuss with him, both conceptual and with codes. His thoughts, suggestions, and guidance steered me in the right direction. As an academician and a former software engineer, he played his role very well. Another impressive quality he had is his ability to boost mantee's confidence. His encouraging words from life experiences make him an even better mentor. In a nutshell he has many qualities to be a perfect mentor.

Having Mohannad as an AI/ML mentor has been a total game changer for me. While working on several challenging real-world computer vision projects I have been able to count on him to provide the intuition needed to get unstuck on the most difficult parts of the problems. His mentorship covered all aspects of AI/ML: big picture conceptual understanding, detailed math concepts, and low-level pytorch code review. In addition to being an excellent mentor on the technical side, on a personal level Mohannad has always been super friendly, supportive and encouraging, and I always look forward to our regular zoom calls.
