Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

I've managed a team of designers and contractors giving feedback 1-on-1 and also hosting weekly critique sessions for the team. I'm happy to take a look at your work and give you feedback. Keep in mind, the vast majority of my experience is in building direct-to-consumer mobile products.

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 45 min of their time.
How do I pick a time?
After checkout you pick a slot from Mary's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.
How does the session take place?
Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.
What if my mentor doesn't show up?
You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.
How do refunds work?
