MentorCruise is a platform for teams, organizations and enterprises to connect with mentors and mentees. Since 2018, we’ve helped over 15,000 individuals, teams and organizations connect with mentors and profit from the unique insights they provide.
Who are the mentors?
Our mentors are vetted individuals who have a passion for mentoring others. They are experts in their field, and they have the ability to help others.
Other than many other coaching and mentoring platforms, our mentors are not full-time coaches but instead active industry experts. This allows mentees to profit from up-to-date and insightful insights that they could otherwise not access.
MentorCruise's role is to make discovery of these mentors easy, to provide great matches and to guarantee the quality of mentors listed on the platform. Mentors are rated 4.9 out of 5 on average, out of our application pool, less than 5% become and stay mentors with us.
How effective is the program?
MentorCruise does not provide a curriculum or coursework. Instead, mentors work individually with mentees or together with their team leads to identify growth goals and work towards them. These goals might include:
- Building leadership qualities
- Polishing skills and abilities
- Identifying growth areas and weaknesses
On average, mentees are able to reach their goals in half the time they would if they were on their own or mentored internally. The average duration from start to finish of an average mentorship is around 4 months.

What's the cost involved?
All fees and costs are transparently displayed on the platform. A full-service mentorship, consisting of a call per week and access to the mentor through chat at any time, with a well-rated mentor ranges from $200 to $400 per month.
On top of that, there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Additionally to our subscription packages, one-off calls can be booked for a one-time fee.
Additionally, there is no extended contract or lock-in period. Each mentor offers a 7 day free trial, mentorships can be cancelled at any time with one click through the platform.
How do I get started?
There's multiple way how you can get involved with MentorCruise. Whether you're looking to get started with a single employee, a small group or your whole company, we can help!
Start and reimburse
MentorCruise is entirely self-service, meaning employees can sign up and pick a mentor right now through our open marketplace.
On their respective dashboards, mentees will receive and can generate invoices that'll allow them to get the fee reimbursed. Many teams around the world value this approach for its simplicity. Our invoices are valid globally.
Optionally, the payment links can be shared by the mentees, so managers or the HR department can put in the billing information directly.
Top-up credit
If you prefer your employees to work with a fixed budget, our platform allows prepaid top-ups and credits for mentorships and sessions. Get in touch with our sales team, which can issue you credit codes in bulk.
Mentorship for Teams
For teams of 10 and more, we're offering hands-on help with the structure of your mentorship program, assistance in picking out suitable mentors and access to our Team Hub – a place to monitor all ongoing mentorships, manage your budget and have all resources in one place.
