Why did you decide to become a mentor?
I always wanted to guide, and always have had this curiosity to teach people since my childhood. Since been in a business for over a decade now, and after so many successes and failures. I finally decided to dedicate my few minutes of the day to teach people to create impact, so everyone can have a right path to step up! Being as a mentor it feels amazing, when you connect with new students every time, learn from them as well, and guide them. Its always been fun to me. That's how I started my own DayTradingAcademy, and The Maven Show, and so many platform for people to learn from and take knowledge and implement and execute.
How did you get your career start?
I been in startups journey for over a decade now, but before this when I was just 13, I started a family business with my Uncle and we scaled then few thousands X's in less than 5 years. That's how my journey got started, from selling groceries and breads to now selling companies and services which worth more than $100k to $10M+. Patience pays, and that's true. I been doing hardwork since long, and I have had many mentors not just one. But one of the best mentor and my everyday supporter is my Mom, who supported me for my first startup which I started when I was 19 and studying at my university. Before starting my agency I was already working with startups and been charging them for my services. Later, in order to scale that's how Mavenwit comes into the picture. Soon after we made the agency million dollars in ARR, in less than a year period with a team of less than 25 members, with over 2400+ partnerships and more than 1k+ happy clients around APAC, NA and EMEA regions.
What do mentees usually come to you for?
I am pretty much well experienced in Marketing, Branding, Building Startups & Selling Startups, Trading, Crypto, Web3, etc., these are my core areas I trained all my mentees so far. I have trained over 1200+ students last year in 2024 for my DayTradingAcademy as well, and sold couple of startups as well with hefty transactions. During my mentorship program, I provide them access to my slack workspace as rohitmentorship.slack.com to all my mentees for unlimited chats and support. During the mentorship program, they go from Zero To Hero Level on the specific skillsets. My mentorship sessions are pretty much Fun, Learn & Earn all together. During my mentorship, my mentees get access to all my cheat sheets, one-pagers, blueprints, and other materials which I have built so far into my business journey from over a decade now. My mentees used to have access to all the video materials as well, my call recordings, tapes, and client sessions, as well to learn and implement and all other sorts of sessions too, which they can learn from and implement and execute well.
What's been your favourite mentorship success story so far?
One of my favorite mentorship success story so far, is of 2023, and my mentee name Alan. Alan joined me into my mentorship program and took my advice and scaled his agency business from making $250k/Year to over $2M+ in a single year. Alan was my mentee and been on my mentorship program for close to 9+ months and scaled his business. No doubts on his dedication and perseverance though, where he worked 16+ hours a day straight, but yes, Alan achieved his milestone to touch his first few million in a single year. Even that's not it. I have my DayTradingAcademy with over 1200+ students now, and few hundreds have the VIP access to my copytrading, bots, trade signals, weekly analysis sessions, and so much more. I still remember when I started trading in 2019, and few years later now in 2024 only, I have an amazing story of one of my mentee/student - Nathan who took my sessions and trading services, and flipped his $5k to more than $450k+ in less than 6 months. This was huge growth for Nathan. Even his story got published few times with trading brokers as well and while doing all this, Nathan was 11+ times a leaderboard on the weekly contests. That's how I change my Mentee Life, and take them from Zero To Hero Level!
What are you getting out of being a mentor?
Being a mentor has actually impacted on my profile, and I really liked it. Its never been easy to take multiple sessions in a day or more than 100+ sessions in a month, one after another, but its fun. As I said earlier, I always love to teach and guide group of people, and being as a mentor I am actually enjoying and changing lives of everyone too. Being as a mentor has boosted my confidence for sure, and leveraged my value to impact more lives and help more groups make wise decisions, and have Fun, Learn, & Earn all together!
