I have 20+ years of software development experience, a master's degree in computer engineering, and I've built two successful B2B software companies. For the past ten years, my focus has been primarily on full-stack web technologies.
My approach is best suited for those who are working to improve while developing an existing project (either inside or outside of work). I find it much easier to explain why you need to learn something within the context of living code, rather than within the artificial constraints of training puzzles.
