What's included in the trial?
Every trial is a little different—here’s what German says about their trial:
We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I'm a backend developer with about 7 years of programming experience, 3 of which are commercial. I've started as a full-stack developer and became a team leader shortly because of my passion for programming and for sharing my knowledge. In each team, I worked in, I'm the person who does the bigger impact on the clean code through the code-review as I hate to see code that "smells". I've already mentored two of my friends from zero to getting a job and one of them currently works in my team. And I'll be glad to share my knowledge with someone else who wants to grow as a developer (even if you know nothing about programming).
