I am a father, a deliberate optimist, an entrepreneur, and an executive coach.
For over 20 years, I have been in the arena, building companies, leading teams, and learning what truly helps founders and leaders grow. I co-founded a Y Combinator-backed startup that grew from 3 founders to over 400 employees and tens of millions in revenue, backed by investors including the founder of Reddit, the creator of Gmail, Paul Graham, and Gary Tan.
I have experienced the full cycle as a founder: bootstrapping, hiring the first team, scaling rapidly, raising funds, managing a large organization, going through a merger, and sitting on the board. Tactics turned out to be the easy part. The real work was carrying the responsibility, managing pressure, facing doubt, and still staying true to myself.
Over the last 5 years, I have mentored and coached more than 300 founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and high performers from around the world and across many industries.
My work sits at the intersection of strategic clarity and deep human connection. I help founders and operators think clearly about product, growth, and focus, while also addressing the mental and emotional load that comes with building. Anxiety, overthinking, imposter syndrome, constant pressure, and the feeling that your identity is tied to your metrics are all part of the job, not just side notes.
I do not use a cookie-cutter playbook. We explore how your business operates, how your mind works, what genuinely excites you, and what kind of life you want to create around all of that. The goal is to grow the company in a way that makes you more authentic, clearer, and more alive while you do it.
