My goals when starting this mentorship were to build better study habits, and get direction on where I should go within my career. Aarti, is by far the best mentor I have ever had! During our time together, she gave me great advice regarding advancing my programming career. She always responds to messages and is understanding. Aarti has taught me how to study effectively, a skill I never had beforehand! I would recommend her to anyone, as she likes to make sure that the plan created is personalized for each person, according to how the person learns/ what skills the person already has. She will help you develop those skills as well.

Aarti has been really helpful as I searched for jobs in the past few months. Her expertise as a frontend developer has been invaluable for me as someone jumping back into the field. She's very responsive, replying within a few days, and has done sessions with me weekly, and often even extra sessions right before my interviews. I've really improved in interviewing for frontend positions through her help. She's really knowledgeable about working with brand agencies, giving advice on resume materials, and especially practicing for behavioral and domain questions common in web frontend interviews.
