Aditi Kibe-Heal

I'm a senior leader with 17 years' experience in corporates and start ups, specialising in consumer goods, sustainability, and marketing (although I started my career in tech). My specialty is helping to build high-performing teams and find new ways of working. I'm very proud of the fact that, in 17 years of working, I've never had anyone quit my team. I'm great at developing talent, love coaching people, and am a working parent so know those challenges first hand.

Currently, I'm a cofounder at an early stage start up disrupting the beverages industry; prior to that, I was a marketing director at Unilever.
