About

I'm Adrian, a serial tech founder and CTO who has built products used by millions (ex-CTO of Airmee; currently working with Earthtrust, Palance, and CoinIQ). Most of my career has been spent in early-stage and scaling startups, where technical decisions are made with incomplete information, limited resources, and real consequences.

I've built companies from the ground up, from choosing system architectures and shipping products under pressure to hiring early engineers and scaling teams as products gained traction. I've also seen what breaks when early technical choices don't match the reality of the business - and how difficult it can be to unwind those decisions later.

I work with founders and technical leaders who are close to the problem - turning ideas into real products, aligning engineering with product and go-to-market, and making the jump from "we got it working" to systems and teams that actually scale.

My role is to help you develop strong technical judgment early, so you can move fast now without creating drag that slows you down later. Together, we work through the messy, uncomfortable decisions you're actually facing - pressure-testing your instincts, sharpening your judgment, and helping you see second-order consequences before they bite.

I bring a founder's mindset, a CTO's experience, and a practical understanding of startup constraints. This isn't about following playbooks or copying what looks good on LinkedIn - it's about growing into the technical leader your company actually needs at its current stage.

The goal is simple: help you build early technical foundations that accelerate progress today and compound over time, while you grow into a leader whose decisions make the company stronger as it scales.
