My focus is on what actually works in production: reducing hallucinations, improving retrieval and consistency, designing human-in-the-loop paths, integrating with real external systems/tools, keeping latency and cost under control, and measuring whether changes improve outcomes. I’m useful if you’re trying to get from idea to MVP, MVP to paying customers, or AI demo to reliable product.
My style is direct, extremely actionable and practical: clarify the problem, identify the highest-leverage next step, avoid unnecessary complexity, and build around real user pain. I regularly get "hands on" with mentors' problems when needed as well.
