What's included in the trial?
Every trial is a little different—here’s what Anna says about their trial:
We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I started out in academic research and loved using quant and qual research methods. I then consulted in Human Factors where I mostly focussed on HCI projects. I eventually moved into the world of tech, working in start ups/scale ups where research was not initially embedded into the product process.
Much of my experience is introducing research strategies and ways of working operating models and building trust with stakeholders. I had to learn the hard way how to run lean projects with low budget and resources as well as building trust, navigating imposter syndrome, and the obstacles that come with being a woman in a male dominated industry.
I can offer insight into developing your career, tactical and strategic research methods, building strategies, taking initiative, negotiating salaries and managing stakeholders.
