🔍 Who am I?
I'm currently an Engineering Manager at Delivery Hero, overseeing the Restaurant Cart domain. Before this, I led the Cart & Checkout Experience teams, and had stints as an Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer at Zendrive. My tech journey kicked off with coding roles at Sprinklr and Hackerearth, after studying computer science and dabbling in Humanities and Natural Language Processing research at IIITH.

I’ve navigated through various roles – from backend development to mobile apps, and from devops to leading teams. I'm a big fan of using automation to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and eliminate repetition. My goal is to create environments where teams can thrive and view challenges as exciting problems waiting to be solved.

I believe in a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring I'm in tune with my team at every step. My experience has equipped me with a balanced mix of technical and managerial skills, making me committed to not only the projects at hand but also to the growth and success of my teams.
