I am an experience lead product manager who loves supporting PMs to be their best selves holistically. I believe that your work self and your personal self shouldn't feel like different people. I believe in leaning into your strengths to differentiate you. I have over 5 years of management experience and over 10 years as a product manager. I know what it's like to get stuck, be unsure of where to go or clash with stakeholders. I believe in direct communication and that clarity is kindness.
I am best suited for folks in technology who are considering their next steps, people who are struggling with work life balance, and especially women who are feeling stuck at a mid-level and unsure how to get that promotion they are looking for.
