👋 Hey there! I'm Ben, a Staff Software Engineer at DoorDash and previously a founder at two self-bootstrapped and profitable startups. After 13+ years of writing production grade software and leading teams of Software Engineers to do the same, I'm really excited to be able to share what I've learned to help you get to the next level in your position, whether you're just starting out in the industry or you're already a few years in and just want to move up the career ladder. Even if you're not after career or leveling advice, I can help review code and provide advice in any of the languages I'm familiar with, and I'm also down to just have a friendly conversation.
