Hi there! 👋 I’ve spent the last 14 years working at industry-leading companies like Google (Gmail), Airbnb, YouTube, and Slack, as well as partnering with startups—two of which I helped lead to acquisition. In that time, I've designed a wide range of products, from a brand new version of Gmail to applications for TV, purchase order platforms to largest source of academic papers in the world, and have accumulated a plethora of techniques and methodologies for approaching design problems in any environment.

I love working with people who are excited to up-level their craft in the field – whether that means growing into more senior design roles or transitioning into design for the first time. I can help you tackle the nuts and bolts of design: like brainstorming and organizing ideas, visual and interface design skills and best practices, telling compelling stories, working smoothly with other functions, and most importantly, developing confidence and conviction around your own ideas.

I like to reflect on your strengths and areas you want to grow, understand the challenges you face, and then create tailored exercises or practices to address them.
