I’ve had the privilege of working in UX Research for Microsoft, where my deep understanding of human behavior and mixed-method research shaped impactful projects. As a seasoned anthropologist and demographic analyst, I’ve guided governments, Fortune 50 companies, and nonprofits in uncovering essential insights about their target audiences, particularly in complex cultural landscapes.

I’ve published three books on research, and my approach is at the crossroads of data-driven analysis and human-centered inquiry. From large-scale quantitative surveys to intimate, qualitative interviews, my work spans across the USA, Mexico, and beyond, always with a keen sensitivity to the diverse experiences and motivations of individuals.

My goal is to empower the next generation of researchers to lead with purpose and insight.
