I am a Senior UX Researcher working for Amazon, in one of its most profitable businesses, Amazon Business, leading the user research program for B2B Supplier Experience. I mentor/coach the more junior researchers on the team and have been a people manager as well in my time at Amazon. I am a calibrated interviewer at Amazon currently and have participated in dozens of hiring loops.

I have a demonstrated history of working on digital products in the healthcare and technology industries. My areas of expertise include qualitative methods, mixed methods research, IA research methods, survey research, research program management, leadership presentations, strategic roadmaps, inclusive research practices, and the reflection of cultural competency & diversity in corporate spaces.

I am also a versatile, trained, professional singer available for classical, musical theatre, gospel, pop, blues, soul, and R&B performance, as well as a music director and supporter of the arts.

I am very passionate about coaching and mentoring, as I've had a lot of great mentors support my career journey.
