I own a development consulting company that has grown from a solo venture to dozens of engineers working on a wide range of projects over the past 12 years. I am an engineer at heart, but I have a passion for aligning tech/engineering solutions with the overarching business use cases. That solution could be team dynamics or management strategies, org level processes, technical architecture, leadership OKRs, etc. All solutions involve tradeoffs and everything I do requires a strong feedback loop; the mentee has so much to offer in this area.
