Hey friend, I'm Dima!

I am CPO at Yango Deli & Market in Israel – it's a leading multimillion qCommerce service that delivers groceries and whatever you need in 10 - 30 minutes.

This is my first corporate product job. Before that, I ran my own EdTech startup for more than 5 years as a CPO & co-founder. And I got into this world from being a management consultant for several years.

Also, I teach Masters's degree students how to build products, validate hypotheses, and advise founders on finding PMF and raising money.

So far my career is based on me trying different things. And it results in some outlook.

Here are some of the experiences I've had:
1) During my time in management consulting, I worked with companies from over 10 different industries and functions, helping them grow or improve processes.
2) In my own startup, I experienced all the ups and downs, including building a team and culture, finding product-market fit, pivoting, raising investments, becoming profitable, facing losses, laying off staff, and starting again.
3) In my current corporate role as a CPO, I am exposed to top-tier technology and talent, learning how to navigate a career, relationships, and effective workflows in a company with over 28,000 employees worldwide.
4) For the past four years, I have advised startups and taught at a university, working with more than 40 teams (and founders) to help them fine-tune project ideas, bring them to life, raise money, and grow.
5) Meanwhile, I've been a partner in a digital marketing agency, selling and implementing projects for small and medium-sized companies worldwide.
